Kellogg's Special K Biscuit Moments - NEW

Kellogg’s Special K have added two more snacks to their calorie counted range of treats. The newest additions are called Biscuit Moments and they’re available in two varieties: Strawberry and Blueberry.

New Special K Biscuit Moments are delicious baked, crispy biscuits with a soft fruit filling and topped with a vanilla drizzle. Each pack of two biscuits is worth just 98 or 99 calories making them an ideal snack for anyone who’s watching their weight or trying to keep calories down.

On the box it says:

Biscuits are the perfect accompaniment to a tea or coffee break, but it can be hard to stop at just one or two.

It's a good thing there are only two in a pack as these biscuits are very moreish. I tried to stop at one, and carefully folded up the pack to save the other for later. I only lasted about 15 minutes before I was tucking into the second biscuit.

Fortunately, with only 49 calories per biscuit, the calorie count is fine for a snack. The biscuits are perfectly crisp and don’t crumble everywhere when biting into them. The vanilla drizzle on top is delicious and really does taste of vanilla while the thin layer of strawberry filling in the middle gives the whole biscuit a sweet fruity flavour.

  1. These bars are our new favorite tye me over snacks. Have tried three flavors and love them. Even the grandkids love them.

  2. It's interesting, although very reasonable in calories, they are quite high in sugar and on the cusp for fat at 10%. If you can stop after the two biscuits, then probably delicious from a calorie point of view.
