All is not what it seems though. These Wispa bars, called ‘Bitsa Wispa’ are fully formed Wispa bars measuring just 2cm x 1.5cm (1/2” x .5”).
A 130g bag contains 38 Bitsa Wispa and each bar has 19 calories. It's easy enough to pop the whole thing into your mouth and devour it in one go, and then carry on through the pack. But, if you do that, you’ll be eating a massive 715 calories.
If you're watching your weight and Wispa bars are your thing, then why not swap from a regular sized Wispa bar (210 calories) to two or three Bitsa Wispas. Doing this could save you up to 170 calories and you'll still get to enjoy your favourite chocolate but won't have to worry about the calories.
Bitsa Wispa bags can be found in supermarkets with the multipack chocolates and bars. Packs have a resealable sticker, so if there are any left after opening, you can fold down the pack and stick it down to keep the contents fresh.
