Dessert Recipe Yogurts from Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers have made some changes to their range of fat-free dessert recipe yogurts. While the four flavours 
remain the same, some of the nutritional information is different and the calories are a tiny bit higher. 

The Weight Watchers Dessert recipe yogurts are available in the following varieties: Strawberry Tart, Raspberry Tart, Lemon Tart and Toffee Apple. You get one of each flavour as part of a four pack with each pot holding 120g. 

All pots are worth 1 Weight Watchers ProPoint and the calories are as follows: Strawberry Tart: 58 calories; Raspberry Tart: 59 calories; Lemon Tart: 61 calories; Toffee Apple: 61 calories.

These thick and creamy dessert yogurts really do taste like their names. They all have bits of crushed biscuit mixed with the fruit which makes them taste just like the sort of shortcrust pasty you'd get in a real pastry tart.

Due to the presence of gelatine in the ingredients, these yogurts aren’t suitable for vegetarians.

Nutrition information per Strawberry Tart pot (120g): 58 calories, 5.0g protein, 8.0g carbohydrate, 7.6g sugars, 0.1g fat, <0.1g saturates, 0.2g fibre, 0.2g salt.
