Nairn's Oat Biscuits - All Under 45 Calories

Nairn’s have been making oatcakes since 1988, so if anyone knows how to make a tasty oatcake, it’s them. With people becoming increasingly aware of the benefits of eating oats, Nairn’s have been extending their range to include not just savoury oatcakes, but Oaty bakes (see post) and four different delicious varieties of oat biscuits which all have less than 45 calories.



Flavours include: Stem Ginger, Mixed Berries, Dark Chocolate Chip and Fruit & Spice. Each variety is smartly packaged in an appropriately coloured 200g box so you can easily spot which is which. And inside the packs you’ll find four individually wrapped packs of five biscuits.

If you’re not familiar with oatcakes, they have a slightly different texture to regular wheat biscuits. They’re quite a hard baked biscuit and have a bit of a grainy consistency.

The nutrition is similar for all varieties and the calorie counts are as follows: Fruit & Spice 42 calories, Mixed Berries 43 calories, Stem Ginger 43 calories and Dark Chocolate Chip 44 calories.
