Each bag of BiscBits holds 110g. For the Chocolate and Caramel Crisp packs you'll get 32 biscuits while the Orange and Honeycomb Crunch packs have 31 biscuits. Regarding the calories, according to the pack, one serving of either of the Crunch bites is equal to seven biscuits and provides 120 calories. Or you could eat a serving of eight of either the Crisp bites for 135 calories.
The packs come with a ‘Peel & Reseal’ tab which is definitely a bonus, for without it, it’s hard to stop munching on them. Because they’re quite small, (the Os measure just over 2.5cm (one inch) in diameter, the squares are slightly smaller) it’s easy to convince yourself you’re not eating too many calories. However, all varieties of BiscBits have an average of 17 calories each. Getting through a whole bag will set you back 532 calories.
UPDATE: Feb 2013: New in stores: Cadbury BiscBits Rocky Road Pouches and BiscBits Mint Pouches. They have 125 calories and 120 calories per serving respectively.
Cadbury’s BiscBits are available in supermarkets now. They’re usually lined up next to each other which can make it hard to choose which variety to buy. You may end up buying them all!
