Weight Watchers Salmon in Mayonnaise

Weight Watchers Salmon in Lemon Mayonnaise is made with John West salmon and contains a combination of red and pink salmon, mixed with a light mayonnaise. Each 80g can contains 130 calories and is worth 3 Weight Watchers ProPoints.

They make a convenient store cupboard standby and are a tasty and convenient filling for rolls or sandwiches. The salmon in lemon mayonnaise tastes great on its own and is enough for one person. However, you can easily stretch it out to make two sandwiches, rolls or wraps etc., by adding some healthy salad ingredients.
