Cottage Pie, Be Good to Yourself - Sainsbury’s

Be Good To Yourself Cottage Pie is a reduced fat ready meal with 30% less fat than Sainsbury’s British Classic Cottage Pie. This traditional family favourite is made from British beef cooked with vegetables and stock and topped with seasoned Maris Piper mashed potato.

Each 450g pack contains 334 calories and 8.8g of fat whereas the Classic Cottage Pie has 409 calories with 15.2g of fat.

Since each 450g pack provides enough to serve two people, this gives both portions just 167 calories. Add lots of fresh vegetables or salad for a tasty, filling and low calorie meal.

Sainsbury’s Be Good to Yourself Cottage Pie can be cooked in the microwave or oven, from frozen or chilled.
