Chilli Con Carne, Be Good to Yourself - Sainsbury’s

Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself Chilli Con Carne has less than 3% fat. This 400g ready meal is made from minced British beef in a spicy sauce with red kidney beans, red peppers and coriander. Alongside it, in a separate compartment is a serving of white, long grain rice.

This has been given a classification of ‘2 chillis’ which means it’s medium hot on the spiciness scale. It also provides the equivalent of 1 of the recommended ‘5-a-day’.

When served with extra vegetables, there is easily enough to serve two people, making each portion worth 240 calories.

Be Good To Yourself Chilli Con Carne can be cooked from chilled or frozen in either the microwave or the oven.
