Mini Wholemeal Pittas - Marks & Spencer

Pitta breads make an interesting change from regular sandwiches and they’re perfectly suited for stuffing full of healthy fillings. More stores are now selling wholemeal pittas so you can benefit from the extra fibre they contain.

These mini wholemeal pittas from Marks & Spencer are enriched with extra virgin olive oil and quickly baked in a scorching hot oven to give them their trademark chewy crust and hollow centre. Each mini pitta bread has just 45 calories.

Nutritional Information: Per mini pitta (18g): 45 calories, 1.8g protein, 8.3g carbohydrate, 0.6g sugar, 0.5g fat, 0.1g saturates, 1g fibre, 0.18g salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
