Baxters Crinkle Cut Beetroot

Beetroot is a low calorie food which makes a colourful addition to a salad. Pickled beetroot in jars is usually available in baby beet form, or as whole beetroot, sliced or crinkle cut. Unsweetened pickled beetroot can have quite a sharp tang, which sweetened varieties help to subdue. Although sweetened beetroot does have sugar as an ingredient, it doesn't make a great difference to the overall calorie count.

Baxters Crinkle Cut Beetroot in sweet vinegar has only 26 calories per 100g and is available in a 567g jar.

Nutritional Information: Per 100g drained: 26 calories, 1.2g protein, 5.1g carbohydrate, 0.1g fat, 1.3g saturated fat, 0.4g salt.
