Weight Watchers Vanilla Creamed Rice

Creamy rice puddings usually come laden with calories. All that sugar and full fat milk means they’re out of bounds when trying to lose weight. But Weight Watchers have managed to produce a deliciously low calorie alternative with their low fat Vanilla Creamed Rice pots.

They come as a two pack with each pot holding 130g and they have a ProPoints allocation of 3 per pot. They can be eaten hot or cold and are suitable for vegetarians.

Nutritional Information: Per 130g Pot: 112 calories, 4.2g protein, 22g carbohydrates, 14g sugars, 0.7g fat, 0.4g sat fat, 0.5g fibre, 0.2g salt, 3 ProPoints
