Meatfree Hot Dog Sausages

Vegetarians don’t need to miss out on eating hot dogs, neither do dieters. There are few different brands of hot dog sausages which aren’t loaded with calories and some are suitable for vegetarians as well.

Sainsbury’s Meatfree Hot Dog Sausages are made from rehydrated wheat and soya protein and with their succulent and smoky taste, you’d never know they weren’t real frankfurters. You can find these in the freezer section in larger branches of Sainsbury’s. Each box holds 10 hot dog sausages.

Nutritional Information: Per hot dog sausage: 67 calories, 5.4g protein, 1.1g carb, 0.3g sugars, 4.5g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 0.3g fibre, 0.3g salt.
