Cassava Oriental Crackers - Waitrose

Cassava Oriental crackers from Waitrose are delicious, low calorie savoury snacks which should tempt the taste buds of those who enjoy Asian flavours. These crackers offer something a bit different from regular potato-based or corn-based snacks because they’re made from cassava, which is the third largest carbohydrate source in the world. It also has twice the amount of fibre content of potatoes.

Inside each multi-pack of Cassava Oriental crackers you'll find 2 packs of Thai Sweet Chilli, 2 packs of Thai Green Curry & Coriander and 2 packs of Szechuan Prawn & Red Pepper snacks.

Their consistency is a sort of combination of rice cakes and prawn crackers, but their exotic spices move them more towards the ‘luxury crisps’ category. The calories for each of the 20g packets ranges from 76 to 82.

Nutritional Content: Per 20g bag Thai Sweet Chilli: 80 calories, 0.3g protein, 15.7g carbohydrates, 2.5g sugars, 1.8g fat, 0.9g fibre, 0.23g salt.
