Weight Watchers Korma Sauce

Chicken Korma is a delicious, creamy coconut curry that is usually out of bounds when you’re on a diet because of its frighteningly high calorific fat content. But Weight Watchers have their own Korma sauce which is much lower in fat and calories than regular Korma. It's easy to cook. All you do is brown some chicken then stir in the sauce and leave to simmer.

The jar contains only 350g but this is more than enough to serve three or four people when accompanying the meal with vegetables and rice.

Available in larger supermarkets and it's suitable for vegetarians (before adding the chicken!)
Nutritional Information: Per 100g: 56 calories, 1.4g protein, 8.4g carbohydrate, 1.7g fat, 0.9g saturates, 0.9g fibre, 0.3g salt.
