Quorn Sausages

You don’t need to be a vegetarian to enjoy the benefits of eating Quorn. As well as tasting realistically just like a real meat sausage, they have less than a quarter of the fat and calories of some sausages plus they’re high in protein.

Regular plain Quorn sausages have only 57 calories each and take 15 minutes to cook from frozen. There are 8 in a pack and are available in the cold meat (vegetation) area and frozen section of the supermarket.

Other Quorn sausages in the range include Bramley Apple & Pork Style Bangers - 59 calories, Cumberland Sausages – 60 calories and Red Leicester & Onion sausages – 82 calories.

Nutritional Information: Per sausage: 59 calories, 5.8g protein, 3.8g carbohydrate, 1.5g sugars, 2.3g fat, 0.3g saturated fat, 2g fibre, 0.5g fibre.
