Golden Wonder Golden Lights Crisps

Many people love eating crisps and they’re one of the nation’s favourite snacks. Most crisps, however, aren’t exactly healthy, but it’s nice to have a little treat now and again when you’re on a diet.

These crisps from Golden Wonder have less than 100 calories per packet and they’re low in saturated fat. They also happen to taste pretty good, though some might find them a bit drier than regular higher fat crisps.

There are three flavours to choose from: Sea Salt, Sour Cream & Onion or Salt & Vinegar.

Nutritional Information: Per 21g packet (Sea Salt): 94 calories, 0.9g protein, 13.6g carbohydrates, 0.2g sugars, 4g fat, 0.5g saturates, 0.9g fibre, 0.5g salt.
