Benecol® Yogurt Drinks

Many of us are watching our cholesterol intake and Benecol® products have been shown to actively help lower cholesterol. Fortunately, these delicious yogurt drinks are also low in calories. They say that just one bottle a day is enough to lower your cholesterol and contains enough of the special ingredient 'Plant Stanol Ester' necessary to reduce LDL levels - this is the bad cholesterol in our bodies.

Although not all the Benecol® drinking yogurts are labelled as 'diet', most of them are low in calories per bottle. For example, the Strawberry, the Peach & Apricot, and the Light Yogurt drink all have around 40 calories per bottle or just under. And the dairy free varieties are even lower where the Strawberries & Berries and Tropical Fruit and Soya have 30 calories or less per bottle.

They are available at major supermarkets.

Nutritional Information: Per Bottle of Strawberry Benecol®: 38 calories, 3.1g sugar, 1.4g fat, 0.1g salt.
